Ties with the territory

The Po Valley territory has since the roman era been famous for pig farming and, over time, for the production of cured pork meat.  
Cascina Ca'dell’Ora - LCS cured pork meat and cold cuts factory located near Cremona has been carrying on this charcuterie tradition with great passion for over 30 years, according to classical recipes of the Cremona area using exclusively meat from locally reared pigs having a heavy build (short supply chain).  
The result: cold-cuts, cured and processed meats having a unique aroma, quality and taste.
